The document “Recommendations for the drafting of tender specifications for building maintenance” has been published on the website of the Comisió Construím el Futur (CCF).
It is aimed at teams responsible for drafting tender specifications for building maintenance , with the aim of guiding them towards best practices with regard, fundamentally, to the definition of the award criteria and the ways of measuring them and assigning them a specific weight to calculate the valuation of each offer.
This document is part of a collection of four, each of them dedicated to a different type of contract: road maintenance, building maintenance, urban development work and building work, and has been made possible thanks to the sponsorship of Constraula
. The document is available free of charge in Catalan and Spanish in the “ Publications ” section of the CCF website.
