The Government of La Rioja contracts the ITeC methodology for Planning and Management of Maintenance of its buildings
In 2023, the Government of La Rioja contracted the ITeC Maintenance Planning and Management methodology for buildings assigned to the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration through the TCQi-MNT web application and its associated BEDEC Maintenance database.
The contract has an initial duration of two years, from October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2025, with the possibility of two annual extensions.
Tasks included during the first two years:
- Supply of licenses for the use of TCQi-MNT users, BEDEC Maintenance and cloud space for the planning and management of maintenance of buildings managed by the Government of La Rioja
- Personalized technical service
- Formation
- Corrective maintenance and adaptation of web application functionalities to the specific needs of the institution
Tasks included in each extension:
- Supply of licenses for the use of TCQi-MNT users, BEDEC Maintenance and cloud space
- Personalized technical service
