The Mantenim Circular project is presented at RECUWASTE
On May 21, the town of Mataró hosted the eighth edition of RECUWASTE, the leading conference on resource and waste management.
Under the slogan Waste, the circular economy and the energy transition: trilemma or virtuous circle?, international and local speakers reflected on and responded to several of the major debates on sustainability or circularity.
In addition, on this occasion, there was an exhibition and poster competition on circular economy projects dedicated to municipal waste management.
Laura Silva , Head of Sustainable Construction Projects at ITeC, presented the Foundation’s poster on Mantenim Circular, focusing on the problem of waste in the construction sector. It was the only project on this topic, standing out for providing a technical and specific vision on sustainability in the construction field.
