Sustainability certifications are essential to measure the environmental impact of a building and verify whether it complies with established standards. Given their importance, most of these certificates require that the evaluation process be carried out by an accredited entity. Among the most recognized is the BREEAM® certification. For more than a decade, ITeC has been considered a training entity for the BREEAM® ES building and planning sustainability evaluation and certification methodology. The course structure is divided into two parts:

• In this first part, the student must complete part of the online training on their own, using the different digital training resources and organizing themselves at their own pace. In addition, they have a day of training also online with a teacher.
• In the second part, the student must attend a mandatory final videoconference.

The first part training must have been completed before the videoconference.

BREEAM® Associate Course

Registration

• From 1/22/2025 to 2/12/2025. It is essential to complete the online training before attending the mandatory final videoconference on February 12 in the morning.
• From 2/13/2025 to 3/6/2025. It is essential to complete the online training before attending the mandatory final videoconference on March 6 in the morning.
• From 3/12/2025 to 4/2/2025. It is essential to complete the online training before attending the mandatory final videoconference on April 2 in the morning.
• From 4/8/2025 to 4/29/2025. It is essential to complete the online training before attending the mandatory final videoconference on April 29 in the morning.

 

BREEAM® New Construction Course

Registration

• From 1/29/2025 to 3/12/2025. It is essential to complete the online training before attending the mandatory final videoconference on March 12 in the morning.
• From 3/26/2025 to 5/7/2025. It is essential to complete the 40 hours of online training before attending the mandatory final videoconference on May 7 in the morning.

 

BREEAM® Housing course

• From 4/2/2025 to 18/3/2025. It is essential to complete the online training before attending the mandatory final videoconference on March 18 in the morning.
• From 4/8/2025 to 5/20/2025. It is essential to complete the 30 hours of online training before attending the mandatory final videoconference on May 20 in the morning.
