The document “Recommendations for the drafting of tender specifications for building work” has been published on the website of the Commission We Build the Future (CCF).
It is aimed at teams responsible for drafting tender specifications for construction work, with the aim of guiding them towards best practices with regard, fundamentally, to the definition of award criteria and the ways of measuring them and assigning them a specific weight to calculate the valuation of each offer.
This document is part of a collection of four, each dedicated to a different type of contract: road maintenance, building maintenance, urban development work and construction work, and has been made possible thanks to the sponsorship of Constraula.
