The Catalan Cork Institute Foundation presents the Visió 2028 Action Plan
The Catalan Cork Institute Foundation (FICSuro) presented the Visió 2028 Action Plan on Wednesday, July 8.
It is a three-year strategic planning document (2026-2028) that sets out the main lines of action of the entity, focused on sustainably maximizing its impact on the cork sector and society.
The four main strategic lines of action are:
- Boosting laboratory services
- Increasing the impact of R+D
- Increasing the influence of the FICSuro and the sector
- Develop the internal management model
The Vision 2028 Plan has been carried out thanks to the involvement of all the relevant agents of the Catalan cork ecosystem.
