CATEB, CALAF Constructora and ITeC promote a new postgraduate course in Lean Construction and advanced project management
On October 2, 2026 , the first edition of the Postgraduate Course in Lean Construction and Advanced Project Management begins, organized jointly by ITeC, the College of Technical Architecture of Barcelona (CATEB) and CALAF Constructora.
The aim of the postgraduate course is to offer advanced training to construction company construction staff, in order to manage projects more efficiently through the Lean methodology.
Throughout the course, students will be able to delve into the principles of Lean Construction and advanced project management methodologies, such as the Last Planner System, Target Value Design (TVD), Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) and artificial intelligence applied to construction. The sessions are based on real cases and are taught by active professionals of great renown within the sector.
One of the great added values is the international teaching staff, made up of active professionals of recognised prestige. The sessions will be based on real cases and practical experiences of work.
The postgraduate course will be developed in a hybrid format, that is, with face-to-face and online sessions to facilitate the participation of professionals in the sector.
