Introductory course in Lean Construction and Last Planner System
Next Tuesday, October 14, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., the second edition of the Introductory Course on Lean Construction and the Last Planner System (LPS) planning system will begin.
This training, taught online, offers a fundamental insight into the Lean philosophy applied to construction, the basic concepts and analysis and foundations of the LPS system in project management (Kanban).
The session is aimed at professionals in the sector who want to delve deeper into innovative tools to optimize management and efficiency in construction projects.
