INTRODUCTION
MANUCHECK is an ITeC certificate aimed atthe Irish market with the purpose of assuring the conformity of the fire resistant doors supplied on site.
In this market, the machining and assembly of the fire resistant doors are performed by joineries. The joineries are responsible for assembling the doors according to the manufacturer’s instructions and the contents of the fire classification report.
The doors that bear the MANUCHECK badgeenable the identification of the components installed, thereby ensuring their alignment with those indicated in the classification reports.

To obtain the required certification, it is imperative that an assessment is conducted by the technical personnel of ITeC, to verify that the components installed are in accordance with the specifications stipulated in the extension report (EXAP) and the SEADEC fire classification.
The companies must keep a documentary register for each door manufactured, where it is specified the main characteristics and the installed components. Each door must be individually identified to ensure traceability.
