LEAN activities

Lean Construction Barcelona by ITeC is a project to disseminate the application of the principles of Lean thinking in the construction sector, started in 2015, with the collaboration of Bimetric and the support of different LEAN expert consultancies, from public administrations and companies in the Construction sector.

This initiative, coordinated with the actions of the CCF , promotes training activities, webinars and free Lean coffees, the Lean inventory/observatory and annual Lean Conferences, events that bring together all the knowledge of all LEAN agents and make it available of all the advances, experiences and trends of this methodology in Construction.

Lean Inventory

The objective of the Lean Inventory is to collect all those actions in which the principles, basic concepts or tools of Lean Construction have played a relevant role to carry out an analysis of the current situation of the application and dissemination of this knowledge in the sector , so that it can be established as a reference base for successive publications of its evolution, with an annual frequency, or coinciding with the annual conferences of Lean Barcelona by ITeC.
