The selection of work items from the Construction Bank, in discrete fiebdc3 format (Catalan and Spanish) is for those users who do not have a program that accepts the parametric format. It contains a sample of the most common construction elements of the following typologies:

  • New construction work
  • Rehabilitation, restoration and repair of buildings
  • New work and urbanization repair
  • New work and civil engineering repair

Each of the previous selections includes the specific sections of its typology and, in addition, work items for safety and health, indirect costs and quality control tests. Typical budgets included (Catalan and Spanish): multi-family housing, industrial building, school, electricity, water and heating installations for 70, 100 and 130 m 2 flats, kitchen, bathroom and small bathroom, 20 street type sections , square, park, 9 motorway type sections, 4 roundabouts and 2 bridges.
