ITeC issues ETA 14/0413 for Dekton® by Cosentino SA
The ETA 14/0413 for Dekton® panels of Cosentino SA is a technical assessment for the use of this product as external wall cladding in ventilated facades (rainscreens), both in new or existing buildings (renovation).
Dekton® panels are large format panels (up to 3,20 m x 1,44 m) manufactured by a dry-pressing process which allows to obtain ultra-compact surfaces and very low porosity in large size panels. The panels are fastened on the external wall by different types of fixings made of stainless steel or aluminium.
Dekton® panels are presented in a variety of sizes, colours, textures and decorations that provide buildings with a natural and personalized aesthetic and allow for a great versatility in the design of the façades.
